In March of 1990, Kenneth W. Shaw and Jay Fitzgibbons founded JSC Realty and Investment Services (JSC) when they purchased the brokerage and property management business from another local development company. This partnership actually began in the mid-1980s and today, JSC has developed into a full service commercial real estate firm offering services in brokerage, property management, construction management, and real estate investment.
