We are located in Chicago, Illinois, but we serve clients throughout the country and abroad. We have been in business since 2003. We help start-ups and early stage businesses analyze their markets, determine feasibility, and develop a realistic business plan that is a road map to success, not just a description of the business.

Andrew has advised hundreds of businesses on business strategy, marketing, operations and other issues. He has worked with companies in a wide variety of industry verticals, including energy and environment, medical equipment, biomedical labs, healthcare services, advertising, technology and telecommunications, finance, residential and commercial real estate, insurance, retail, food service, music/entertainment.

Many consulting firms focus on one stage of the business lifecycle. Ground Floor Partners is different - we work with clients at each stage: start-up, growth and maturity. We understand the problems small business owners have to deal with every day: budgets are tight, resources are limited, and a beautiful business plan or strategic plan isn't worth much if it isn't implemented.

Our strategy consulting services are designed to fit the needs of established small businesses and non-profits. We work with organizations at almost every stage of the business life-cycle. Many business strategy consultants engage in a series of one or two day workshops with senior management teams.

A feasibility study is just what it sounds like: a systematic study to understand whether or not a specific project, venture, or approach is feasible. The ultimate outcome of any feasibility report is a go / no go decision. You either move forward or you don't. The study must be based in reality - not pure speculation or abstract theory.
