Our North Ballroom accommodates up to 200 seated guests while the South Ballroom provides 6,500 square feet of flexible space for 400 seated guests. Is an event planner required?
Yes, we require a certified event planner to coordinate all bookings to ensure proper execution of events.

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception at the Dupont Building in February 2021 and I couldn't be more thrilled with how everything went! The elegance and beauty of the space is so evidently clear, but even beyond that they were so incredible to work with. Deborah is an absolute gem and even sent a care package our way when we had to postpone our wedding due to covid. I wouldn't change a thing about our decision - if you're considering hosting your event here, stop thinking and just do it.

I have attended events at this one-of-a-kind historic venue. This beautiful location is perfect for any social or corporate events. The staff is extremely attentive and accommodating, the building is in great shape as it's taken care of properly. Fully recommend for your next gathering or that special abs memorable event

There really are few historic gems like this in Miami area. It's so well maintained and has a lot of different spaces so easy to do cocktails, ceremony, etc. The Vault is a really cool feature to do fun creative things with for events too!

I have gone to several events at this venue including weddings, galas and immersion experiences, and each time the venue surpasses expectations. Service is always great and the design and layout of each event is unique! It is a historic site that can capture anyones dream event vision!
