We are a Houston area provider of petite children's party rentals and kid's party planning. Our parent company is Tea-Lightful Parties, LLC. Tea-Lightful Parties has hosted over 1500 children's parties since 2004. We established Rainbow & Wishes to meet the demand of clients who wanted something other than a tea party for their child's birthday celebration.

We design, prep and bring everything to your home, park, or party venue except food, cake, and entertainment. From prepping to delivery, set up to pick up, and everything in between; we provide you with an absolutely beautiful party set up to impress your little guests and their parents too! Provide us with your party theme and we will design and set up a beautifully designed party in your home or venue.

HOME PARTIES: Please note that your party will most likely be picked up 1-2 days after your event. In rare instances, we may pick up parties on the same day. However, regardless of the day of pick up, it is the client's responsibility to pack all linen and props and move all party furnishings (tables and chairs) to the garage for pick up.

Custom event planning fees START AT $1250 or 20% of the total cost of goods and services (whichever is greater).This rate is for our planning services only. The client is responsible all additional expenses(goods and services) related to the event. Most of our custom event planning clients have a minimum budget of $5000 and up for their event!.
