Called yesterday (1/30/22) they answered the phone immediately. Provided a great quote over the phone (ONLY NEEDED PICTURES) so that was nice and easy, no wasted time. Set up an appointment for today (1/31/22), 3pm-5pm, They had a cancellation and were actually able to come out much sooner. We actually had a little more junk than we anticipated and they didnt hike the price up on us. They were more than reasonable, quick, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. And will be using them in the future for all junk removal.

While visiting my Great Aunt this past summer, we did a big clean out for her. Big Rich was priced fairly and worked out a time that worked out well for us. The crew was quick and cleaned up when they were done. They had a respect of the property and us. The crew was friendly, honest, and reliable. To say they were a step above and beyond is an understatement. Highly recommend!
