With a deep love for the ancient healing arts of the eastern world and a fascination with western modalities and clinical sciences, Letha has created a deeply therapeutic yet profoundly relaxing bodywork style of her own since she started doing massage in 2013. Over the past 6 years, Letha has studied a plethora of manual therapy techniques around the country in order to provide the most comprehensive thorough massage possible. Weaving specific, targeted techniques such as myofacsial release, trigger point, and active isolated stretching in with the fluid flowing strokes of Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage, Letha's Hands-On sessions are as effective as they are relaxing.

Soulstice Healing Arts is located in a historic and beautiful orange Victorian home in the Montford Neighborhood in Asheville, North Carolina. To find the Soulstice Studio, walk up onto the porch of the house and pass the first office door you see. Round the corner to the right and you will see the entrance to Soulstice.
