The crew of the Sea Winder has over two decades of charter fishing experience in the Gulf of Mexico. We are an energetic and ambitious crew that strives to make the most of every trip. Captain Chris is a fun, tough and knowledgeable captain. His passion is creating an enjoyable and memorable fishing experience for both the customers and crew.

There is no cancellation penalty if you cancel outside of 14 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel within 14 days of your fishing charter you will be charged the full rate unless we are able to rebook the charter. We will do our best to rebook the trip in order to avoid any charges to you. While many boats require a deposit up front, we prefer the hospitality approach.

The Sea Winder is a 40 foot custom-built Infinity Sportfisher locally built in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. She is designed specifically for Destin deep sea fishing with two things in mind - speed and accuracy. The Sea Winder features a deep 'V' hull to cut through the waves, custom keel and side stabilizers to reduce rocking and more importantly, keep her holding up on the fishing spots.

The Charter Boat Sea Winder offers several different types of fishing trips in Destin, Florida. Whether you want a half day family fishing charter from 4-6 hours, a full day experience of hands on battle 8-14 hours, or an 18-48 hour overnight voyage to go after trophy fish, we specialize in customizing your time on the water to pursue whatever you heart desires!.

The price of the charter includes all bait, fishing license, tackle and ice. There is a 1st mate on all charters who works very hard to help you catch fish and when you return to the dock will cut, clean, ice and bag them for you. A standard tip for the mate is 15-20% of your total charter. The crew works very hard so if you are pleased and wish to give more it is truly appreciated!.
