Brilliant service from Kirsty. Thought I was doomed to white beige or black shades but Imperial lighting have supplied 3 fantastic shades made from my own fabric at a very affordable price. Would highly recommend. I thought service like this was long gone.

So pleased I came across this place online after searching for suitable lamp shades for two old brass lamps I bought. The choice is endless and you can even have them custom made. I needed quite a bit of guidance in choosing the right shade and Kirsty couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. My shades arrived today and they are beautiful.

What a wonderful shop!! They have provided me with quite a number of shades over the years and even the interior designer commented on what great quality they are. The colour selection is fantastic and customer service second to none. I had 1 shade delivered recently which was slightly damaged and they have gone above and beyond to rectify and put this right. Thank you Kirsty in customer service for all your hard work.
