We loved the house! We had a fantastic time there, and I can't think of a single thing that would have made the experience better. Communications were excellent; friendly and informative- I didn't even need to ask any questions since everything was so well spelled out. I can't say enough good things about the home.
It's beautifully appointed and the pictures posted online are absolutely representative. It looked so good online, I was afraid it might not live up to the pictures, but it did- and then some! While these neighborhoods are unique from each other it's what they share in common that makes them so fun to stay in: architectural diversity, thriving commercial districts, and unforgettable character!

We are located in the Mission Hills neighborhood, which is quaint and quiet, yet nestled in the center of the city, with immediate access to just about everything. The trolley services everything from downtown and convention center to Old town to the Mexican border. A network of town cars that you can order from your smart phone and they arrive within minutes.

Most of our units have dedicated "on-property" parking spots. Those that do not are in areas with ample street parking most of the year (some holidays/high seasons excepted). You will receive parking instructions in your pre-arrival package. Most of our units are approximately only a 10-minute drive to Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, and Pacific Beach.
Rental Policies

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount, taxes and fees. The remaining 50% of the reservation total is due 30 days prior to arrival. For security deposit all we require is the purchase of a damage protection policy which provides $1500 of coverage for accidental damage.
