Envirotest
If you're planning a renovation or demolition project in a Portland Metro area home or commercial property, an asbestos inspection early in the process can save you thousands of dollars in costly delays. EnviroTest can conduct a survey of your building - sampling flooring, walls, siding, ceilings, roofing, thermal insulation, and other materials likely to contain asbestos.

Require as little as 30 minutes to take samples of suspected asbestos containing materials. Remember: In order to dispose of construction and remodeling debris at one of their transfer stations, Metro requires proof that the debris contains no more than 1% asbestos by weight. Commercial waste haulers and landfills will also require laboratory documentation of the contents of the load.
