Great experience! From the 1st moment I talked to Edward, I knew I was in good hands. Service was prompt, courteous and they do their best. The technician was very knowledgeable. Pricing was fair. They even discounted the initial quote because some parts were in good shape upon lookin during visit. Highly recommended for ALL your appliance needs! 5 stars!!

After reading the reviews, I was hoping K would be the service technician for my call. I am beyond happy he was!! He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly about why my freezer was not working properly. I was so ready to get rid of the home depot nightmare purchase that has leaked since day one. I am glad I found 858 Appliance! I called numerous places but from the moment I first spoke with Albert who scheduled the service call, I felt confident about choosing 858. I had to totally defrost the freezer so K returned three days later and completed the repair. I cannot say enough
