Too few waitresses which made the dining experience lacking. Those that worked did their best under the circumstances. Food was good, but it was not hot which I like. Because of low help, the tables were not cleared off when people left which is unpleasant to look at while dining.
Prices were good. Staff was courteous.

I stayed in one of the king bed suite rooms which was quite comfortable. It is a bit outdated but it was very clean. The price per night is reasonable and it is very cozy with a couple of fireplaces going. The complimentary breakfast was really good with someone to make you an omelette to order!

TV is way to low on desk. Very poor lighting. The fan is bad along with mold in bathroom. Faucet will blow you away. Curtains don't work. Beer can on patio when we arrived. This room was disgusting.

First let me say I loved our visit to Door County I've waited years to come here and decided to celebrate our anniversary. I had a hard time finding a hotel I called many places when I called the Lodge I asked many questions and was very mislead. She said the guest rooms were clean and updated and were on the water. I asked her the difference between both locations and she said the guest rooms were much nicer. Our room was very outdated and run down. It appeared to be cleaned but the walls were cracked and crumbling the carpet was stained and the bath tub had mold surrounding it. Our shower head
