Founded by brothers, Ken and Matt Praay, Monument City Brewing was born while on a transformative hike along the Appalachian Trail. The two brothers, already homebrewers, traded stories about their favorite craft beers and beers they had created. Upon their return, they set out to create a family owned brewery making world class craft beer for their community.
Today, Monument City Brewing produces some of the finest ales and lagers Maryland has to offer. Come join our staff as we celebrate the night before Thanksgiving. We are thankful for our customers and thought we would have a fun night of karaoke and beer.

Our brewery and taproom is located at 1 N Haven St in Baltimore, MD and open Thursdays - Sundays. Our second location and new biergarten is located in Baltimore County at Spring Meadow Farms, open Friday - Sunday weather permitting. You can order food from our neighbors next door at The Boiler Room or are welcome to bring in outside food.
