The Eye Geeks staff is superb! They are very friendly and welcoming. Earlier this year I was diagnosed with Keratoconus, and having Dr. Diep help me out this entire year on trying to find the right solution to sclera lenses to my eye was quite an experience Being a first timer in wearing both soft and hard lenses, Dr. Diep truly was the best guide to me through this. If you are dealing with Keratoconus, Eye Geeks can definitely help you out with that. It may be a newer service but I can without a doubt say that I trust them with this kind of condition.

Eye Geeks were fantastic, on par with my old place in London. Staff were lovely & helpful, exam equipment was modern-standard and the whole process was surprisingly relaxing yet informative.

Great personal experience. Dr. Diep saw me on a day's notice on New Years Eve. And after my standard checkup she hung around to assist me in picking out the perfect pair of frames. I feel like I tried on every pair in the boutique and they never made me feel rushed or like an annoyance. All of this while sticking to safety protocols that kept me, her & her staff safe. I got my new frames today too. So, appointment booked to new frames on my face in less than a business week!

I've been here twice, and have never had a better experience with an eye doctor. From the exam to helping me pick out glasses I love, they are patient, kind and knowledgeable. If you're looking for type of people that remember their customers, this is the place for you. They even apologized when they didn't recognize me with a mask on! Great service overall. Highly recommend!
