Jonathan Noel and his team handled my in-laws auction/sale of personal property and their house. After my in-laws transitioned to assisted living, the family spent one week going through items in the house they wanted to keep. Then Noel's team came in to catalog/photograph items for on-line personal property auction. The auction brought more than was anticipated. Noel handled cleaning the house and disposing of anything remaining. Leading up to the auction date for the house, Noel received an acceptable offer and the house didn't end up being auctioned. They were just a blessing from beginning of auctioning off my property with great marketing strategies open house getting people there pre qualified on line bidding till the closing .They actually sold the property for more than I had been advertising it for .Johnathan is an excellent individual and great at what he does .Thanks again to your entire team
