Founded in 1959, WG Henschen entered the aerospace and defense market by representing Rosan (now HOWMET) as the world's first Ring-Lock product distributor. The company focused on providing best-in-industry service to OEM's, MRO's, airlines and the military; finding solutions for our customers no matter the volume of business or the size of an order.
This is one of the reasons WG Henschen has a reputation for servicing large Long-Term-Agreements (LTAs) that include hundreds of different common and hard-to-find parts. In 2001, Aerofast LTD and Millipart Fasteners merged with WG Henschen, extending the company's global reach. In 2015, WG Henschen was acquired and recapitalized by the Black Mountain Investment Company.
