My husband and I randomly came upon this place last year during a trip to explore Wilmington and we fell in love! We met and chatted with a few of the artists that work out of the space and it was as if we had been acquaintances for years. Some of the artwork here was so beautiful and compelling that it made me cry. We also were able to participate in a photography competition which was really fun. We have been toying with the idea of moving to Wilmington for years now and finding this place definitely moved us further in the "yes" direction. If you have time and are able, please explore this

Great community of over 40 artists! Go on 4th Friday 6 to 9pm to get the best experience of meeting artists and to purchase everything from fine art to funky fun peices! Event space and more!

The ArtWorks is a fun place to visit and an uplifting experience. It's filled with talented, friendly and personable artists who display an amazing and varied collection of beautiful art. The owners, Jim and Betsy, are wonderful people who make you feel comfortable and right at home. I plan on going back many times.

If you are interested in local art and want to speak with the artists directly this is the place to go. Some of the artists exhibiting their work here are absolutely amazing. Their fourth Friday event is a great time to meet the artists and learn their stories. When you walk in you're asked to sign in. You can grab a drink and listen to the music or go mix with the other guests talking to the artists. After visiting, take the time to walk down the street and visit one of the local eateries. theArtWorks is in an up and coming neighborhood take advantage of everything being offered in this area

TheArtworks is a great spot for those who like to get a taste of the awesome talent from the Wilmington area. the artists are so sweet and their studios boast some very cool and creative pieces. And Jim and Betsy, the owners, are great to work with. They really care about what they do and the space reflects that passion for art and creativity. Fourth Friday, which is the event they put on each month, is a fun time to visit, because there's live music, wine, and food.
