From painful sex to postpartum recovery, we provide virtual and in-person care for every stage of your life. To get results, your plan has to be personalized - to your body, energy level, schedule, and preferences. Hate crunches? Only have 10 mins? We can work with that. As your body heals, symptoms improve, or your due date approaches, your PT will adjust your plan to meet your changing needs.

Treatment wraps up when you're back to feeling your best. Every year, 40 million women suffer from issues related to maternity, menopause, and sexual health that physical therapy can treat and heal. You can meet with your physical therapist right from your couch or yoga mat (no, you don't have to point the camera down there).

About Us
Report
We believe every woman and individual with vaginal anatomy should have access to the care they need to feel good in their bodies. Our Origin story started in 2007 with the founding of Bebe Physical Therapy by Martina Fogt, MPT. We've treated thousands of patients across Los Angeles and are so grateful for the relationships we've built, the conversations we've had and the bodies we've strengthened.
Pregnancy Pains & Birth Prep
Report
Pregnancy has been compared to competing in the Tour de France for good reason - the strain on your body is extreme. While your OB focuses on preventing and treating complications, your PT helps you develop strength and flexibility for more effective pushing, shorter labor, reduced risk of injury during childbirth, and much more.
Postpartum Recovery
Report
Whether your delivery day went as planned or everything went sideways, you've been through an intensely challenging and life-changing experience. Working with a PT to treat symptoms and rebuild strength will benefit your body and mind - research suggests that physical therapy may reduce risk of postpartum depression by 50%.
Painful Sex
Report
Whether you're struggling to have penetrative sex with a partner or you're too nervous to even try, you've come to the right place. Treating painful sex isn't just about pleasure (though that's a worthwhile goal), it's also likely to improve your mental health - sexual dysfunction is associated with both depression and anxiety.
Separated Abs
Report
Whether your abs feel weak or you see an odd bulge down the midline of your belly, we've got you. Separated abs - PTs call it diastasis rectus abdominis (DRA) - is common postpartum and can also be the result of overworking your abs. It's never too late to repair DRA, but the sooner you do, the better: If left untreated, side effects can include back pain and bladder/bowel leaks.
