Express Delivery is a simple process. First we receive a call from our customer, the shipper, enquiring about availability, and price. The call is taken by people who probably never meet the customer. The job is quoted and the order is taken and turned over to the dispatcher who also will probably never meet the customer.

Capital Couriers was started in 1986 with one driver and seven customers delivering mostly envelopes and small packages. Then some other small delivery services were acquired which also brought along additional customers. Some of these new customers had larger freight which was being delivered by other delivery services.

Don't let the name Capital Couriers limit your concept of our capabilities. We started as an envelope, small package courier business twenty three years ago, and that is still an important part of our business. Today, we haul freight for a large, diversified group of industrial manufacturers and distributors all over east Texas and the surrounding states.

Specimens - Capital Couriers has been an industry leader in medical specimen delivery for more than 20 years. Our drivers pick up specimens from doctors' offices and hospitals and deliver them to laboratories. This must be done with precision and reliability to preserve the chain of custody of the specimens.

Capital Couriers is one of Houston's leading Freight Delivery and Courier services. We are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We provide same day delivery service for packages, boxes and heavy freight for Texas and the states of Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. We also provide delivery service to most major cities in the US.
