In 1990 David joined forces with Frank Lipp, his senior advisor. Mr. Lipp was born shortly after the turn of the century and brought to Action Air 50 years of experience. Mr. Lipp owned a very successful dealership in New York for over 30 years before retiring and moving to Tampa. Mr. Lipp was trained by William Carrier, the inventor of air conditioning systems.
