Our Agent Jennifer Lee, was very professional, polite and courteous, she gets the job done on a timely basis, answered our questions and return calls practical immediately. She walk us through the process of putting the home on the market, the different web sites for advertising was awesome, open house, was done. Gave us enough time for people to view the house. The family is incredibly rude and unprofessional. We attempted to do business with them and they refused to confirm payment so we were unable to send over money on time. I do not recommend their services as this created an issue for us when it came time to close on our mobile home. Unprofessional, not timely, unreliable.
