After his run as Marketing Coordinator for action sports lifestyle brand Alphanumeric, Mike Irons Alzona founded streetwear label "Irons Situation Control" in 2001 out of his home town of San Diego. Alongside the custom clothing, Sit-Con has carried over the Irons Brand style principle into the collection of menswear and accessories to complete the wardrobe.
Mike's experience in menswear, luxury retail and tailored clothing for over 20 years fed his hunger for dressing well. He also had a passion for dressing others well, so Situation Control was born. Training alongside a Master Tailor and as the former Head Bespoke Manager at SF's Wingtip, Mike Irons has been the go-to guy for custom clothing in San Diego and the Bay Area.

We recommend booking a private appointment. You can book a no-obligation consultation for an in person visit at your home or office, over the phone or virtually. Typical turnaround time for a Custom Suit or Tuxedo is approximately 6-8 weeks (includes alteration time if needed). Custom shirts are 3-4 weeks.
