Welcome to the 18 day Nurse Aide and 16 week Medical Assistant program. The Institute of Allied Healthcare has one of the lowest tuition rates in the city. We offer payment plans, in house financing and grants are available for those who qualify. Our main objective is to provide career-focused education in allied health fields. The Institute of Allied Healthcare is located in the heart of the medical center, across from The University of Texas Health Science Center. The Nurse Aide Training program educates students in basic anatomy and physiology, restorative services, residents/patient rights, cognitive impairment, mental health and social service needs.
