For Lenders, Title Companies and Attorneys we can invoice for Real Estate Closings. For the public at large on a case by case basis we may ask for your credit card in advanced. This is due to a large amount of no shows and last minute cancellations. We require a 24 Hour cancellation for all appointments.

The person signing the document must appear before the notary at the time of notarizatrion. You must have the documents that need to be notarized we do not prepare your documents for you.
