The Doo Dah Dipper is a unique twist on the classic French Dip Sandwich. We start out with a base of our house seasoning and minced garlic, that's followed by slow roasted Prime Rib, caramelized onions, and a blend of swiss and mozzarella cheese. To finish it off, we drizzle the pie with Demi Glace and a house made Horseradish sauce, garnish with fresh chives and serve with a cup of Au Jus for dipping.

Volunteers are a crucial part of helping this event run as smooth as it does. When you volunteer you will receive one free pizza and two free beers at the marathon after party. You will also receive a marathon volunteer t - shirt and a limited edition Wichita Brewing Co. Relay Marathon pint glass. This will be our fifth annual marathon/relay marathon from Wichita Brewing Company West to Wichita Brewing Company East.
