In massage therapy sessions, we address your 'problem areas' - such as tight muscles, stiff joints, chronic pain, etc. - within the context of your whole body. Our intention is to integrate the whole body back into functional, pain-free movement.
Our core modality is Myofascial Release massage therapy. Unwind's licensed therapists are intentional, well trained and educated, experienced, and may use different modalities during your treatment session. Unwind will be offering small group workshops for self massage, stretching, essential oil blending, and other at-home self care activities.

We require a card on file to book online, but no deposit is required. Contactless / Prepayment is accepted through PayPal or Venmo prior to your appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment, for any reason. If you do not provide adequate notice, you may be charged in full for your appointment.
