I took my boyfriend to this escape room for his first one and we had a BLAST! We did trapped in time and we needed all the time. It was great to be able to have a private room with just us two. I feel like having more than 4 people would feel pretty overcrowded as the rooms are not that big. We enjoyed our time so much though we went back the following day for the CSI room! That room is immediate and it felt a lot harder! We cannot wait to go back to do the other rooms. Great experience and the game masters were so sweet!

Jake, Jacob, Brian and especially Carrera went out of their way to make our visit spectacular. This is by far the understatement of the year. One of my party was celebrating his 200th room and they all worked overtime to insure his visit was super special; hiding a gift for him, allowing him to enjoy the first room all alone for a special treat, and supplying cupcakes! We've been to hundreds of rooms and this one stood out for many reasons, not least being the kindness and joy they brought to our day. I implore you all: Go! Do all their rooms! You will have an amazing time. Thank you, Carrera

Carrera was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make my 200th room a special celebration. We loved all the rooms we did at Puzzle Workshop - well designed, thematically integrated puzzles, and an enthusiastic and friendly staff. Jake was delightful and offered us the exact level of help we needed. Highly recommend you check them out, good for beginners and enthusiasts alike!

My fianc and I have done around 45 games and this one was definitely a top contender! We played their Christmas room and definitely felt festive, the decor was so great, the puzzles were challenging but fun, gave us a run for our money. I love rooms that i can spend the whole hour in and this was one of them. The 2 men that welcomed us in were both also so sweet! The whole experience was great for our first time here, we'll definitely be back to do the rest of their games!

Wow! What a great first experience for me and the hubby. We chose the CSI-Hollywood escape room and it did not disappoint! Everything was very well thought out and the guest we brought said it was not as easy as ones they had done in the past. It was a good challenge and will definitely booking the other ones they have listed. Thanks for a great time and great service! Also thanks for the tips when we were in trouble during the case Bahhah

I brought my niece and nephew here for a birthday! We did the trapped in time room, the location is clean and easy to find. We were greeted by a gentleman named Jake who was so kind to all of us, and explained everything in detail for the kids. The room itself was cool, we did a modified "beginner" version for the kids and we still needed help lol. Overall we were able to escape with a few clues. The kids enjoyed and we had a great time bonding. Great experience and great customer service from Jake!

Jacob is super nice! Very accommodating. We got super excited (beginners) and was at victory early like half an hour early and he gladly took up in! There were only 3 of us 2girls preteens. We ESCAPED with 1:15:00time! ( shhhh got 15mins extra for being early)
Yes will come back and really recommend this place. Huge room unlike other. Price is $10below cheaper compare to other escape room in another place. We did Trapped in Time and we were mesmerize and was indeed traveling in time! Soo cool! Next stop Illuminati!!
