Pacific repaired an electric gate operator arm and replaced a wireless keypad with wired keypad. The person who answered the phone was nice and knowledgeable--sadly that's usually not the case anymore. They were prompt and did the work on time and on budget, and suggested options that were useful. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We've tried different gate repair companies to varying degrees of success--these guys were the best.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Pacific Garage Doors & Gates. I called for an appointment and they came out as soon as it was convenient for me. The tech arrived within the time window provided, was very knowledgeable and completed the repair job quickly and efficiently. In addition the charge was a bit less than I was originally quoted over the phone. I will definitely use this company again prompt an professional! A+
