THE friendliest staff and owner - they always come through for us. Their work is consistent and they're dependable. Tell them what you need (or even an idea of what you might like), let them do their thing, and rest assured it'll be done exactly as you wanted. 10/10 : )

Dan and his team are awesome! They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect with my order even though I had to make a few last minute change. The team at Pen & Trophy are extremely professional and really care about getting these karios moments perfect. Highly recommend!

I called them three times about getting an engraved plaque. They never got back to me. I tried to use a local business but I'll go online for what I need. Very disappointed.

I just have to come right out and say, you will not find a better engraver in all of the Syracuse area. The prices are beyond fair and the quality of work is impeccable. We had to recently get a memorial plaque made for a service and at first had all of it done on a wood base with a gold plate. It looked fantastic! Our family ended up changing their minds and wanted a stone plaque instead. After adventuring all over Syracuse to find a small square piece of marble, we came back here. I was really worried that he wouldn't take our piece or that it would be to hard to do on marble. He had no issue
