Over Breakfree's 15 years of supplying security solutions, I've lost count of the times we've been called to upload security video footage only to find that the customer's equipment hasn't been working for weeks. There are many reasons why this happens. Wires may have been damaged during building construction or someone unplugged the security devices in order to plug in the something else.
