In my experience, most recruiters are just scanning resumes and searching for keywords. They contact you not really understanding the opportunity in it. LABUR was much more thorough. The leadership, not only from Seth and Darrin, but to Ryan Sylvia and associates running their own projects, is really great; people know what has to be done and do their very best to do it better than what is expected. It's a fun atmosphere but not so much that it gets in the way of getting work done. Everyone is passionate about their work, and what LABUR is doing with organizations like Home Base is very inspiring. Theres a personal touch here and the culture is very cool.
