Sarita's Dance Studio, Inc. was founded in 1980. The studio has been providing safe and effective dance programs for over 40 years. Sarita's promotes artistic excellence through quality dance education and performance. In addition, Sarita's prepares the youth of the south side community and surrounding areas for career opportunities in dance and the performing arts.
We're more than just about dance; we're about motivating young people to be the best they can be! We believe that our success comes as a result of providing solid training and quality service, along with an underlying belief that every child should experience that wonderful world of dance in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

Sarita Zuniga, Owner/Director, has been in the dance and fitness field for over 50 years. She taught aerobics, dance, & wellness classes at Brooks AFB, Kelly AFB, Lackland AFB, Palo Alto College, Harlandale High School, Southwest General Hospital, Bexar Metropolitan Water, Guarantee Bank, the University of Incarnate Word & more.

Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers and tap shoes (preferably from our dance studio), (NO TAP SHOES WITH RIBBON!) Dance students may wear black dance shorts or jazz pants over their uniforms. Your child will learn basic Ballet, tap skills, creative movement, and motor skill development games.
