Bertha Espinoza has been nothing but HELPFUL!!!! Got the all answers I needed from her. Literally this lady goes out of her way to ensure the customer is always happy and satisfied. Wish more people were like her. She will always reach back to customers to make sure if there is any issues just feel so safe with her. I was so close to going to another insurance company and I swear to good Bertha made me change my mind!!the best of the best!!!

We've had State Farm insurance with David since 2014. We have worked closely with Jessica Aguilar, who continues to provide exemplary service since our first encounter. Jessica responds to emails & phone calls promptly. She is very thorough and meticulous at her job to ensure that I would find the right amount of insurance for my needs. We have moved a few times, added and removed cars to the policy & Jessica continues to go above and beyond. She's absolutely wonderful.

This review is mainly for the customer service help I got from Liyanis Hurtado. I had briefly re-instated my business insurance, and then decided to put that business on hold again, and cancelled my insurance. I got some premium letters even though I had cancelled, and Liyanis was really helpful in getting everything sorted out and answering my many questions. Thanks!
