Pusch Ridge Auto is run by two brothers, Jake and Jim Burris, who grew up in the neighborhood nearby hoping to one day open their own auto shop close to home. Both Jake and Jim graduated from CDO High School and grew up on the Northwest side of Tucson, Arizona. They have worked in the automotive industry extensively and grown up with hobbies in the drag racing community.
Pusch Ridge Auto provides a Worry Free Guarantee which is a 2 year, 24,000 mile nationwide warranty on any repair service performed by us. We have a relationship with Catalina towing, which provides exceptional and reliable towing services to our shop. A shuttle vehicle is also provided to customers with appointments to shuttle to and from work or home within a 5 mile radius.

Best mechanics and so honest. When I moved from Oregon I was very concerned about being able to find a mechanic knowledgeable about old Mercedes. I struck gold finding this place that came so highly recommended when I moved to Tucson. Cody went over and beyond to get my 1979 300D running like new again. He figured out problems that my old mechanic who worked exclusively on old Mercedes couldn’t. This place is the best and will be the only one touching my car in the future.

My Toyota Tacoma driver door handle was broken. Pusch Ridge Automotive ordered a speciality handle for me. They don't trust off market ones. Not going to lie, I tried to replace the day before with an off market one to try and save some money to no avail. The part came in within a few days and I was scheduled for the following week to truly repair the handle. Was in and out within an hour. Professionals all around. They were recommended and now I am recommending to all.

Well A friend of mine out of the blue recommended Jim and Jake of Pusch Ridge Auto , and I just happened to need a good shop . So happy with the service I received, next day appointment what a blessing as I was headed out of town. These guys went above and beyond to get my newly lifted 4x4 aligned correctly. Then they made sure my steering components were in proper torque specs. Thanks so much for all your help. I will highly recommend.

I called the auto shop for an engine light on my car. I had it scanned from an AutoZone and the gas cap was the solution. However, after 2 gas caps and the light still coming on I called this shop. I was informed by a very kind gentleman that the gas caps at retailers don’t fit most cars and suggested I go to the manufacturer to get a proper gas cap. I did, and the problem was solved! They could have said to come in and pay whatever amount for a diagnostic, but instead game me advice over the phone. If I have any problems in the future I’ll come here, they show honesty and not just wanting

My son Kyle's Nissan Sentra had a slipping transmission (CVT). Pusch Ridge Automotive suggested we try changing the fluid and adding a 'friction modifier' to the transmission fluid. We knew going in that it may or may not work, but that they had had success in the past with it. It worked! Kyle has been driving the car for around a year now and it is still going. At some point it will fail, but we got a new lease on life for the transmission. Jim and Jake are great guys that you can trust! I like that they are willing to discuss your options, give you their professional opinion and let you decide

These guys were great! Highly recommend them. I went in for oil change etc and was thinking of doing something else when they suggested I wait to 30,000 miles. They could of said ok let's do it. Which would of cost quite a bit of money. I appreciate that me being a woman and not knowing much about car maintenance directed me the correct way. Like family! Which is why I chose them in the first place... Family Owned. Highly recommend them!

My first time using this repair shop and I went in for a simple alignment. They were welcoming and upfront about a possible fluctuation in the price if additional time was needed for the alignment. In the end nothing additional was needed and I was charged the standard alignment rate. It is a nicely appointed seating area with beverages on hand for customers. I will continue to go to Pusch Ridge Automotive for any additional mechanical needs that I have.

Fast, friendly, honest service. I thought my front end alignment was out due to some tire wear. Took my truck in and after they assessed it they found there was no problem. Recommended more frequent tire rotation and they did not charge me! That is real stand up service, and they have eared a customer for life!

These guys are so great! My parent's alternator was dying according to AAA so I had the car towed there and they were so fast and efficient. They ran diagnostics when the car arrived around 11am and by 11:15ish they called to confirm it was the alternator. They explained the cost, labor and warranty information and our car was ready at 3pm! Jim and Jake (they're brothers) sound exactly alike on the phone so good luck trying to figure out who who's unless they tell you :-). Thanks guys! We will be back and I recommend them 100%!
