Ztunes Music is Atlanta's community music school where students find lifelong inspiration and joy through learning and performing music. We have built a community within Ztunes that is supported by local schools, music organizations, and more. Through our casual, monthly mini-recital series and twice-a-year formal, large recitals, students gain confidence in performing!

Our faculty are chosen not only for their musical talents, but education experience - we are educators. Get to know our faculty. We love Ztunes! The music instruction is great and all of the extras - like monthly mini recitals and special programs throughout the year - really help to make the lessons fun and inspire the students to do their best.

There are many options out there, but not all music schools are built the same. Founded by Karen Zgonc, a Decatur and Atlanta resident and parent, Ztunes is built from the ground up on a personal passion of music education and a comprehensive approach to all instruments. Our faculty are carefully screened to not only be great musicians, but great educators.

In Person Procedures

We are happy to be able to offer in-person instruction. All instruction will take place in our Virginia-Highland location at 743 Virginia Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30306. We recommend that the waiting areas are used for pickup and drop off only, not to sit and wait during lessons. This will minimize the amount of exposure in the building.

We are offering online lessons nationwide via Zoom. Read about our In Person Lesson procedures. Equal monthly payments are processed on the 1st of every month via Autopay. There will be an e-mailed invoice. A late fee of $5 will be added for each week the payment is late. There are no credits or makeups given for cancelled lessons.
