Dr. Elizabeth (Libbi) Hawkins and the Gabriel Park Veterinary Clinic staff would like to welcome you to our clinic. We are a locally owned, small animal clinic with state of the art equipment, a staff that is dedicated to compassionate care in a comfortable, bright and modern facility. Our knowledgeable staff of doctors, nurses and assistants are excited to work with you in providing the best veterinary care for your family members.
Our clinic was opened in 2005 by Dr. Libbi Hawkins. Dr. Libbi continues her role as the owner and medical director of Gabriel Park. As we have grown, Dr. Anna Knochel, Dr. Jamie Cheshier, Dr. Jon Perchick and Dr. Keri Ramstedt have joined our staff and brought with them a wealth of veterinary knowledge and experience.

Dr. Libbi grew up in southwest Portland where she attended Bridlemile Elementary and Wilson High School. Dr. Libbi received her B.S. from Oregon State University, her M.S. from the University of Nebraska and her DVM from Kansas State University. Dr. Libbi enjoys practicing all aspects of veterinary medicine and has special interests in dental health, geriatric and hospice care.

Our canine and feline family members age at a faster pace than their human counterparts. Annual exams, blood work, urine and fecal screenings, as well as other diagnostics become more important as our family members age.

Diagnostic laboratory testing provides our team with information to help our doctors formulate a treatment plan best fit for your pet. We have full in clinic blood and urine analyzing equipment, x-ray and blood pressure equipment that provide us with immediate information when timing is critical. The majority of our routine blood and fecal analysis results are available within 24 hours.
