Urinary Incontinence is the uncontrolled slow leaking of urine from the bladder. Incontinence affects about 30 percent of the adults and for many people, it is an embarrassing experience to deal with. Research shows that pregnant woman are most likely to experience incontinence as the number of children increases, this includes both vaginal and caesarian section.
