My name is Robert Vondersaar, I have 43 years of accident-free maintenance experience and an NBAA 40 year safety award. The main goal of our activity is to provide you with a safe aircraft to fly. I understand how much your aircraft means to you, if you leave your plane with us, it will be in good hands.

If you are concerned about maintenance costs it only shows that you are the one who is responsible for them, I do not mark up parts prices they are all ready to high, but I will need you to pay for parts in advance or directly to the parts supplier. I can work with you to keep your maintenance costs reasonably low.

I prefer to remove and reinstall the engines ourselves as many problems can be detected during removal and thus be prevented during installation. A good installation is just as important as a good overhaul. Some aircraft engine overhaul shops are not located on an Airport and cannot remove and reinstall your engine.
Lycoming Overhaul Prices

The FAA requires the following parts to be overhauled or replaced for a Lycoming engine to be considered overhauled. If they find the overhauler is not complying with this on any of his engine overhauls, they will give you a phone call saying yours has to be redone, or description of the work changed to repaired and TSMO not allowed to be Zero.

Model IO-520-BA, -N has a crankshaft with one 4th and three 6th order dampers. Models IO-520-BB, -CB, -MB, -NB have crankshaft with one 4th, one 5th and two 6th order dampers. Models IO-520-P and LIO-520-P have crankshaft with one 5th and one 6th order damper.

NOTE 6. Model IO-520-B is similar to IO-520-A except for oil sump, crankcase and accessory case design, incorporation of an integral oil filter, and relocation of generator drive, fuel injection pump, oil cooler mounting pad and air throttle body.Model IO-520-BA is identical to Model IO-520-B except for crankshaft damper configuration.

Boost your confidence in your aircraft, spend a weekend with us doing an owner assisted annual inspection, or we can come to your location to complete it there.

When we complete your Annual Inspection all of the maintenance due items, both calendar and hourly are entered into a maintenance tracking program and by sending us your TACH time occasionally we can update your due list and send you a current report, additionally we can include a BFR or medical requirement on the list anything you need.
Apprentice A&P Training

Join our Aircraft mechanic apprentice program we work with many schools like AIM Aviation Institute of Maintenance to help place their mechanics who graduate. You will learn how to work on Airframe and Powerplants when the program is completed you will get authorization to take the A&P test to get your Airframe and powerplant license.
