The Waikiki Banyan is a twin tower, multi-use, 876 unit private condominium set in a resort style atmosphere. The property was built in 1979 in the shadows of the iconic Diamond Head crater and is one block from world famous Waikiki Beach. Our properties amenities and facilities are for the exclusive use and enjoyment of our owners, residents, and registered guests.

The call to order is at 2pm and will go immediately into Executive Session.

The AOAO Administration Office and its staff manages the Waikiki Banyan on behalf of the Association, but does not manage any individual units. The AOAO staff are not realtors and have no specific information regarding rentals or sales of Waikiki Banyan units. If you have questions about unit management, rentals, or sales, please contact an agent of your choice or you can seek assistance from one of our in-house agents listed.

Note: From time to time you may need work done in your unit, from minor repair to major renovation. When you employ a contractor to work in your unit, you are responsible for their behavior and actions. Our HouseRules apply to everyone on site, including your employees. Sign in with Security every day when you start work and sign out with Security when you are finished at the end of the day.
Parking Information

Visitor parking are provided for guests of owners or lessees. Guests may park for a maximum of four (4) hours free of charge, provided they complete the appropriate registration procedure at the Security garage post, and provided a visitor parking stall is available. Monthly parking begins on the first day of the month and is good through the last day of the month, with no grace period.
Surfboard Storage

The rental fees are set by the Association and may be changed at the discretion of the Association. You will be assigned a numbered rack if one is available. If a rack is not available, your name will be put on a waiting list. Racks are to be used only for the storage of surfboards intended for your personal use and belonging to you.

Hawaiian Telcom has been selected as our new provider for our properties Bulk Cable TV service contract which will now include over 175 Advantage Package HD (High Definition) Cable TV channels, Wi-Fi, and High-Speed Internet for ALL our 876 units.
