Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

The program allows undocumented individuals who arrived in the United States as children to remain in the US. Although the Supreme Court struck down Deferred Action for Parental Accountability (DAPA) and expanded DACA for individuals over 31, the original DACA program announced in 2012 remains active.
Family Immigration

United States law establishes different categories that allow Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) and US Citizens to bring family members to the US. If you are a US Citizen, you are entitled to bring for your spouse, children, parents, and siblings. Lawful Permanent Residents can only apply for their spouse and unmarried children.
