Helene is the nicest woman ive ever worked with, and she has gone above and beyond to help meet my needs even when things are on backorder. I was in process with Leisure works and they were absolutely horrible and almost had to get lawyers involved. This is a family business and they treat you like family.

I've had a horrible experience from this store from a swim spa I bought at the Detroit Hot Tub show 2 years ago. My tub has never worked right and they just don't seem to care. Multiple calls, multiple excuses. I finally ended up getting in touch with Master Spa who got me in touch with a service person in Cadillac, MI. I live in Plymouth, about 3 hours away. He's the only person that will work on my tub. It's cost me too much money and time, it's not worth buying from a store that won't service what they sell.

With a growing family we were particular on a seating configuration as well as needing to work within a given budget. There were several Master Spa series to choose from to make sure we got the seating we were looking for as well as at a great price. Juan was awesome to work with and really helped us through the whole process. I would recommend him and the Hot Tub Store to anyone in the market for a quality hot tub.

Juan and Nick were fantastic couldnt ask for better service really love the hot tub I purchased a Master spas Twilight 7.2 I think its the best thing I ever did they made the experience great. Answered all my questions and I had a lot did a bunch of research before I went to the store. I would recommend them for sure!!!
