Dr. Sivtov is very thorough with a great attention for detail and advanced understanding of different medications and treatments. On top of that he is caring and kind, and you feel like he wants the best for you. I have been working with him for the last 4 years now and he's helped me make great strides in improving my quality of life. Not only that but his staff are great as well. I worked most often with Karla when I came in to do TMS and she is one of the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met; which ultimately really makes a big difference when you are coming in to be treated for

My experience at Silverlining has been amazing. The entire staff (Dr. Sivtsov, Crystal and Karla) are all very nice, friendly, and helpful. Although TMS didn't have the results I had hoped for, the treatment was quick and easy, and I did feel lighter and more clear-headed.

First off, Dr. Sivtsov is a rare find, a doctor who works with you and listens with detail and compassion. I have seen a few psychiatrists over the years for depression and anxiety, but his knowledge and care shine through in a way that is beyond compare. But I can also credit him with saving my life, genuinely. In 2017 I had a significant depressive relapse and his office provides TMS, difficult to find and a genuine life-changer. He worked with my insurance to get it covered (not all docs are so willing), and while I was initially nervous, it was easy and comfortable and pulled me through and

Dealing with Mental Health issues during college was very troubling and difficult but Dr. Sivtsov and his team are amazing. I had awful experiences with my schools student health services and the doctors they recommended and I really felt like there was nothing that could help me. Luckily I was recommended to Dr. Sivstov. I honestly can say that I feel like a new person after working with him. He is a doctor that truly wants to help his patients as individuals and I can tell that he really works one on one with patients to develop a personal treatment and he was very responsive to making adjustments
