I wish I could give Mike 6 stars. That good. Ive dealt with home inspections twice before - - and Mark was leaps and bounds better than my two prior inspections. Not only was he super thorough but he also explained every thing he examined, why it matters, and how concerned I should be. I'm lucky he was referred to me!!

Mike and the whole King Home Inspection staff was so great to work with. They were very responsive and got us scheduled quickly. I went through 2 home inspections back to back with Mike. Mike was so thorough. He answered every question we had and explained everything so well. Thanks to him for giving us a great inspection, we didnt take a house with so many underlining issues.
