Donald Duck & Steam is the best. We contracted them to clean vents and carpets of an older home that we purchased. The house had an "strange odor". Ron and Tom went above what was expected. Not only were the carpets and ducts cleaned and all odors removed, they executed a necessary repair on an air conditioner that had not been installed correctly.

The two technicians Eric and Tomas came and they did a fantastic job. I would had given 5 stars BUT when they disabled my air conditioning thermostat (taking off the battery) to clean the air duct in the attic, they forgot to place the battery back into the thermostat. other than that I would use Donald Duct & Stem cleaning again.

I reached out to them with clear pictures of my ducts the lady on the phone said the work would be for $129 up on pricing with other companies these seemed like a reasonable price. When the technician arrived it was a different story they wanted to charge me $300 up to $400 for the labor that would include spraying a chemical for mold as preventative maintenance and to paint the duct, why would I want to paint the inside?
