When it comes to tankless water heaters, it is imperative that all potential customers understand the ins and outs before they take the plunge. Let's face it, tankless water heaters are NOT a "one-size-fits-all" solution and a myriad of considerations need to be taken into account before you spend your hard earned money on a fix that causes more problems than it solves.

There is a questions and answers section at the bottom of every single heater on our website and we have dedicated staff answering online inquiries. We've also compiled an educational series called "Tankless 101," that dives a little deeper into tankless water heater technology. We cover topics like "what tankless water heaters are, " "how tankless works, " and "whether or not it'll work for you, " to name a few.

Tankless 101
Report
There is at least one thing we know for a fact. The word "tankless" is not in the dictionary! It has however, over the years, become a term that is well known in the industry. In fact, according to several trending sources, the word "tankless" is one that actually registers on their scale of trackable search terms, which is no easy feat.
Adjust Titan Temperature
Report
Adjusting the temperature on a Titan water heater is simple, however, there is one very important thing that you need to do first. The red and blue buttons on the front of a Titan water heater only respond if the heater's flow switch is active. In order for that to be true, water has to be flowing through it.
