Superior Powder Coating was started in a small shop in Fenton Michigan in the summer of 2005. With a small 6' x 6' x 8' oven, the shop catered to walk-in customers who brought in small items to be powder coated. To ensure high quality finishes and quick turn around's, we understood that every piece of equipment needed to be upgraded.

If your part is not a new fabrication, stamping or item that is ready for a powder coated finish - no worries - we provide additional services that allows you to bring in your old part as is, we can remove the existing paint, powder and rust and get it ready for pretreatment and a fresh powder coated color.

The most common method of applying powder coatings are based on polymer resin systems (typically Epoxy, Polyester, Urethane or a Hybrid which is some combination of resins). These resin systems are combined with curatives, pigments, leveling agents, flow modifiers, and other additives which are mixed and ground into a uniform powder like baking flour.

We provide high quality powder coating and media blasting services with a quick turnaround. We are a custom coater and can handle virtually any project you have - large or small. We have two 12' x 12' overhead doors 5-ton fork truck and can load/unload inside. PRETREATMENT BAY - 16' wide x 12' high x 36' long.
