Might be fine if you're not sending them anything delicate that you like. I sent in some dresses that they totally ruined. Couldn't handle dresses with pleats. And they lost a belt that was attached to one too. Accidents happen. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and plenty of opportunity to make it right, but they totally refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation. HORRIBLE experience.

I have used Ian's cleaners for over a year now. They are very prompt and pick up & deliver my clothes for laundry/dry cleaning on time. At times, if they are not happy with the result, they kept working on it and kept me informed that they are still working on it.
Overall, I am pretty happy with Ians Cleaners.

This service goes above and beyond. Not only do they do what they say on the tin - picking up dry cleaning and dropping it back off, which is already super convenient - but they also really seem to care about our clothes. We tried to dry clean a coat recently and they proactively reached out to explain why that might not be the best thing for the fabric and offered another solution. We're customers for life.

I was really hesitant to use a dry cleaning delivery service like this since I thought it would be inconvenient. I am sure glad I gave them a try since they couldn't make it any easier and keep you updated throughout the process. They also do great quality work and I havent gotten any shirts back with broken buttons like I did with other places I have tried.
