David started TTO in 2004 with a goal of making accounting useful & simple for small businesses and non-profits. Rameez is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) & Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) and Xero Certified. He works with our bookkeeping & payroll clients. Magda's financial reporting & analysis experience (as well as her Kaizen training) makes her an asset to our clients.

We've spent years iterating on a workflow to capture all your transactions in a way that is as 'painless as possible'. We're skilled and certified in Xero (our accounting system of choice) and many of the various add-on SAAS tools necessary to make this possible. Whether you have employees, contractors or both, we'll setup and maintain your payroll.
Tax Prep

As a domestic or foreign owned C Corporation, you have a low threshold for filing compliance. We focus on keeping you compliant with Federal and applicable states. As an S-Corp., LLC or Partnership flow- through entity, your business income flows directly into your personal return. We prepare and distribute K-1s for each owner/member/partner while making sure your basis in the business is tracked properly.
