I searched online for pallet racks and came across Rob Mitchell at Carolina Material Handling. I explained to him my needs for our warehouse and he was very helpful in finding the racks I needed. I placed an order with him, sight unseen and when I arrived to pick them up, they were in better condition then he described. I could not have asked for better service then what I received from Rob, his time and help with my needs were spot on. Where I arrived to pick up the racks, I met Jerrett who helped me pick out and load the racks. Jerrett and his crew of men could not have been nicer or more helpful

Very disappointed with customer service. WAs told if I ordered by 2 pm product would ship within 2 days. Order was placed Monday morning and still did not ship on Wednesday as told after moving schedule to have employees standing by to receive shelves. During the ordering process I was very clear and specific on what we wanted. Order was not going to be placed properly and had to redo estimate which delayed processing. Will not do business with again and gladly pay more for better service else where.

I've used CMH for several projects and have always had good experiences. They are fairly priced, show up when scheduled and their install team works quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
