We offer three membership tiers: Bronze ($29/month) for basic beds, Spray & Spa ($69/month) for spray and spa access, and Luxe ($79/month) for all equipment and guest privileges.
Do you offer single session pricing?
Yes, single spray tan sessions start at $25. Package deals include 3 sessions for $59.99 and 5 sessions for $69.99 with optional add-ons available.
What are your operating hours?
We're open Monday-Thursday 9am-9pm, Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, and Sunday 10am-5pm across all locations.
Are there different tanning bed levels?
Yes, we provide multiple bed categories from entry-level Touchdown beds to elite Open Sun 1050 models with varying wattage and lamp configurations for customized tanning experiences.
What spa services do you offer?

I drive out of my way & past other tanning salons to go to neon beach in rocky river! Friendly staff, its always clean, very rarely do I need to wait for a bed, and the staff always lets you know if bulbs are new so you dont burn. Overall great experience every time.

This place is awesome!!!!! It's so clean the staff is wonderful, the bed are fantastic and some have the red light therapy. The price is a bit higher but it is so worth it

Bit of a scam. Be careful of the fine print (which is not printed) My package allegedly expired after 14 days. I wasn't told until I showed up day 15 for my last tan. Its not the $8, it's the principle.

Really wish they wouldn't have changed the spray tan bed,I like the other one without the color combos and sent's,I just need my basics. Not sure if the still offer the old bed or not,the staff is knowledgable and very polite,just my own preference I guess
